Warum gab es mehr Fortschritt beim Kochen als beim Sex?

Die Dia-Installation zeigt Scans von Bildern, die all jene Emotionen wie Lust, Freude, Angst oder Ekel visualisieren, die Essen, Trinken und Sex hervorrufen können. Sie vermitteln dennoch mehr als pure Nahrungsaufnahme und Überleben, sie stehen für Lebenserhaltung und Lebenssymbolik. Die Zusammensetzung der Bilder bietet einen satten Farbenrausch, wobei die Effekte nie pure Sensation sind, sondern im Dienste einer bestimmten Choreographie stehen.


Why there was more success in cooking than in Sex?

The slide installation shows scans of images, which visualize those emotions like lust, joy, anxiety or disgust which may evoke eating, drinking or sex. Yet, they express more than a pure taking in of food or survival. They stand for the preservation and symbolism of life. The composition of the images represents a rich ecstasy of colors, the effects of which are never pure sensation, but are dedicated to a particular choreography.
