The real object is a photographic representation and the painted layer on top of the photograph represents its image of perception. By painting over something one can actually uncover something – and at the same not yet uncover something, to show something else, a third aspect. The material has a presence. The clarity of the picture is broken by the painting. The „existence“ of things and their ambiguity and infinity become more visible. Reality means transitoriness, unclarity, uncertainty ... Text
